Solar controller LRM 1218 with temperature sensor

The LRM 1218 MPP solar controller is a powerful, switch-mode converter that optimally operates your connected solar modules, regardless of solar irradiation, battery voltage, or module temperature. With a maximum charging current of 20A, it ensures efficient charging of the living area battery during the main charging phase, while also charging the starter battery (max. 2.5A) at a certain point.

This solar controller is also equipped with a temperature sensor that allows for precise adjustment of the charging voltage to different battery types. Compatible with 6-cell 12V lead-acid, lead-gel, and AGM batteries, it offers a UUoU characteristic curve for maximum efficiency.

Thanks to the SDTBUS connection, the solar charger integrates seamlessly into Schaudt bus systems, while alternative systems can also be easily retrofitted thanks to the integrated analog signal for displaying solar currents. Two LED displays provide information on the operating status and charging progress, so you always have control.

A quiet integrated fan ensures that the solar controller does not cause any disturbance even at high power.
