Note on use The automatic caravan supports are designed exclusively for stabilizing the caravan. They are not intended for jacking up or leveling the caravan. Use the supports only on firm, level ground and ensure that the ground clearance is always at least 110 mm. The system is equipped with four motorized supports that can be conveniently extended and retracted via remote control. Please note that the maximum load capacity of the system is 2000 kg. Only use the system with caravans whose weight falls within this range. Danger and safety information • Observe the maximum payload: Never exceed the maximum weight of 2000 kg. Overloading can cause significant damage to the system and pose a safety risk. • Maintaining safety clearances: Always ensure that the ground clearance is at least 110 mm. Insufficient ground clearance can damage the jacks. Furthermore, the jacks must not be extended at an angle exceeding 60°, as otherwise the automatic shutdown will not function reliably and the caravan may be lifted. This can cause damage to the jacks and the caravan. • No modifications: Do not modify the caravan's chassis, axles, shock absorbers, or braking system. Drilling holes in the chassis is prohibited and may compromise the caravan's structural integrity. • Safety-conscious work: Do not install or operate the system while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or drugs that could impair your reaction time. Ensure that no people or animals are within the range of movement of the supports. Maintenance and care To ensure the functionality of your automatic caravan supports, clean them of dirt and dust several times a year. Use only mild cleaning agents and avoid harsh chemicals. Regularly check mechanical parts for wear and lubricate moving parts to increase the lifespan of the system.
